Gemma Haus is a small boutique company, we do not offer customer service via phone, but we are available by email (gemmahaus@gmail.com) 7 days a week.

Please ensure your address is correct as Gemma Haus can not be help responsible for any delays or lost packages due to the customer supplying an incorrect address. Gemma Haus is not responsible for packages lost by the USPS or any carrier service. Please contact the USPS with any questions on tracking. 

We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-5 days.

At this time Gemma Haus does not ship internationally.

RETURNS

Thank you for shopping with Gemma Haus! We hope you love your purchase, but in the event you do not please read below.

We accept full priced returns of unworn items within 14 days of delivery to your door.

Please note, ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, and all sale items are FINAL SALE. 

To return an order, please contact gemmahaus@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items that you want to return. Once your return is approved, you will be sent the address to ship the return. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted.

Items will only be refunded if they are delivered back to us in the same condition they left us in. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, boxes must be included with your return. 

Refunds are issued once the merchandise has undergone a quality control check. Gemma Haus has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. 

Once your package has been received at Gemma Haus your credit will be processed within (5) business days of receipt.
